   Description

• Are your windows difficult to open & close? Do they make a terrible squeaking noise or get stuck?
• The most common issues is the “Block and Tackle Channel Balance” inside your window (sash) is old, worn and needs to be replaced.
• Watch the videos attached or call the customer service line at the preferred vendor to replace your own (it’s easy).
• These channel balances are 20+ years old and it is NOT RECOMMENDED that you attempt to repair or lubricate the original equipment (They are less than $25/window to replace)
